Jodie Marsh's nose.

Technically, until Big Brother started last week, I'd never realised who Jodie Marsh was, and all I knew in the brief clips I'd seen was she had a strange nose and appeared to have done nothing to earn her minimal fame. Anyway, it turns out the fame was from undressing in public (could I do it with the same results??) and her nose was weird because it was man made.
Now, seeing her all the time in BB I see she has weird teeth and a weird mouth. I've never had the privilege of seeing her before the surgery, but would imagine if the nose is a result of after, who can imagine what before must have been like? She actually bragged about having her teeth done, as if looking like the first attempt at my grandma's dentures, which had to be dumped, is something to be proud of. That girl is living in her own world and no mistake. Her mouth looks like the poor kids at school who ran into a climbing frame and knocked their top teeth out and cut their upper lip which needed stitching back badly. And her eyes are looking in directions that seem to fight for dominance between them rather than cooperate stereoscopically as nature designed.

Basically, it's the perfect illustration of what a celebrity once said, plastic surgery doesn't make you look good, it makes you look like you've had plastic surgery. Doctors (who are desperately needed for waiting lists) would rather earn millions cutting mainly normal faces to look abnormal, knowing the people look silly but allowing 'choice' to operate as these idiots haven't the brains to realise they come out looking like they were painted by a 5 year old. So some poor sod in Sunderland dies of a heart problem that no one ever finds out about besides friends and family as Jodie Marsh or some other pathetic character has tied up the surgeon making them look like ET.

This world is clearly populated by idiots, bastards that take advantage of them, and the poor sods that have to sit back and watch, their only power in communicating what they see to others. I'm only here now as I had a last minute cancellation. What would I do. Tidy the new kitchen, hoover the mess, or do this? Guess what won, and usually does...

Her nose looks awful! See that the webcam is working. The pizza is making me hungry.

There are different areas for surgeons. A plastic surgeon cannot perform heart surgery, brain surgery, colon surgery, liver surgery, etc., as the plastic surgeon's only area of expertise is plastic surgery.

To even say that someone getting plastic surgery causes people waiting for heart surgery to die, is totally idiotic, to say the least.

I would have thought at least some basic operations would be possible for all surgeons before they start to specialise. But I do tend to use a bit of journalistic licence at times to make a point. The trouble with these places is we don't have editors to go over everything first...

Well sir, I don't have to try to be clever, as I am clever.

What you said about people, who need heart surgery, dying because the surgeon is operating on Jodie Marsh's face IS idiotic, as I pointed out.

It seems you are the one who has missed the point, NOT me.

You will see I amended my comment. I was in a rush when I read your last one, but I meant that before they specialise I would expect much basic surgery to be known by all. Secondly it's such a shame the market means more are attracted to cosmetic (as opposed to corrective) plastic surgery rather than fixing damaged organs. One way or another general surgeons are therefore lost ultimately, though they may not be able to switch once specialised. That was how I meant it.
